Dragon Music Festival Terms and ConditionsTicket Validity:
Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be valid only for the specified event dates, November 28–29, 2025. Entry will be allowed upon presentation of a valid ticket at the venue.
Entry Policy:
Admission is subject to security checks.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals under the influence of alcohol/drugs or those exhibiting disruptive behavior.
Prohibited Items:
Outside food, beverages (including alcohol), weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Refund and Cancellation:
Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or significant change of schedule announced by ERASD GROUP. In such cases, refund policies will be communicated to ticket holders.
Liability:
Attendees enter the festival at their own risk. ERASD GROUP and associated parties are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Venue Rules:
All attendees must comply with local rules and regulations, including COVID-19 health and safety guidelines if applicable. Event staff have the right to enforce festival policies.
Photography and Media:
Photography, video, and audio recording may be conducted during the event for promotional purposes. Attendance grants permission for your image or likeness to be used accordingly.
Age Restrictions:
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Entry of underage attendees alone is prohibited.Parking and Transportation:
Parking is available at designated areas. Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation or shared rides where possible.
Respect for Environment:
Attendees are requested to respect the natural surroundings of Dung Dung Ja picnic spot by not littering and using designated waste disposal facilities.By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and support the success and safety of the Dragon Music Festival.
