Nalini and Kamalini Asthana are the international dou sisters who represent Banaras Gharana of Kathak. They were the disciples of guru Jitendra Maharaj in Varanasi. this dou was born in Agra and caught up and got an education from Delhi. They are the proud kathak dancers, performers, and teachers. They learned Banaras Gharana style kathak wholeheartedly and one of the best dancers of that Gharana till the date. They are usually popular for their specialization in Temple style kathak dancing which is well appreciated in-country as well as internationally.
