Registration Includes

• Food (Breakfast & Lunch only - No Dinner)
• A pitching site (Bring your own tent - Tents NOT provided)
• Event Jersey & ID Card
• Race Kit (Stickers & Competition Number)
• Technical Inspection
• Medical Support
• Finisher Certificate

Documents (Compulsory)

All participants must present originals during reporting & scrutiny. Non-compliance will lead to rejection/disqualification.

• Medical Fitness Certificate (Govt./Registered Doctor)
• Valid Driving Licence - Driver & Co-Driver
• Passport Size Photographs (2 each)
• Indemnity Bond on Stamp Paper (provided/format shared by organisers)
• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
• Valid Vehicle Insurance

Competition Rules

• Maximum 2 members per vehicle (Driver + Co-Driver)
• All vehicles must pass Technical Scrutiny.
• Helmet mandatory during entire run.
• No alcohol or drugs - zero tolerance.
• Judges/Marshals' decision will be final.
