General Rules

• The participants are requested to submit their entries latest by March 31 ,2026 to avoid last minute rush. The participant can register by filling the registration form via registration link available.
• Registration is free for all the events except Group Dance & Ramp Walk.
• Registration charges: Rs 100/- per participant (Only for Group Dance & Ramp Walk)
• The participants are required to fill separate forms for each event.
• The team of each institute would select a team leader, whose name should be intimated along with a confirmation letter.
• The Host Institute reserves the right to make any changes in the schedule that it seems fit.
• Participants must carry their Identity card on the day of their competition, failing which they won’t be allowed to participate
• Students are required to bring all essential materials with them.
• Disobedience of rules may lead to disqualification.
• Use of any false means such as using gadgets, prompting, etc is strictly prohibited.
• The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in case of any discrepancy or dispute.
